    我的idea, "專為年青人而設的太極拳班" 十月四日開波!!!

    我跟爽爺一齊玩band 隊, 這個唔少人都知道.

    但我作為一個中國武術教練和裁判這重身份, 識得耐d的朋友先知道.

    當一班男女老友有時吹水時都會講到,返左工後坐得office多, 對住電腦耐, 運動又小左, 成日都覺得周身唔舒服,唔知點好.

    通常我都好順口講句, "咁咪做下運動囉! " , 活動個身體就會慢慢調整好啦...

    "下? 我唔想去松山,水塘跑步wo, 打波又好易成身骨痛" 我d 男女老友好多都會咁講.

    結果我諗, 有無一d 運動可以推介給繁忙的年青人呢?


    要有一定的運動量, 可以有減壓的效果, 要可以給肩膀, 腰呢d 平時酸痛的肌肉有合理的運動機會, 慢慢增加返肌肉靈活性.


    咁我諗, 打羽毛球, 籃球 等一下子要求肌肉發揮短時間爆發力的運動實唔掂.

    到近來, 我諗, 一於根據返我的專業, 搞返個for 年青人的太極拳班啦.



    所以今次打算由 八式太極拳 呢個我認為系最簡單的太極拳套路入手, 期望系練習過程中, 一方面可以學到如何放鬆身體,增加肌肉力量, 作為走向健康生活的一個基礎.再說,太極拳作為中國傳統武術文化的重要一環, 也很有學習價值哦.
